FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT TRAINING 

From the comfort of your own home, functional movement training can help you overcome your lower back pain. Training is offered online via a free video conferencing platform. 

After an initial assessment, a plan will be formulated for you going forward.​ Sessions can be booked at your convenience, as I guide you through correct movement. You will be coached through each exercise, and will be given a programme to follow between sessions. Expect sessions to last between 40- 45 mins. 

The nature of the training means a continuous development of exercises as your strength increases, which requires commitment from yourself. This is reflected in the requirement for a minimum of 6 sessions. Additional sessions can be added if necessary or required.

SURGERY SUPPORT

The prospect of surgery can be daunting and confusing. Surgeons can be vague and statistics-focussed, when really you just need some honest guidance in making a potentially life-altering decision. Although I am not claiming I know the ins and outs of surgery, I have had to endure the journey as a patient. I can offer advice and suggestions throughout your surgery process, and for your initial recovery at home.
