Movement dysfunction is the reason for your lower back pain. The way we live and work means we are inhibiting our bodies and not giving it the best chance to move efficiently- and to be pain free. At Functional Fusion we specialise on overcoming your chronic pain by focusing on your mobility, strength, and co-ordination, which in turn will retrain your nervous systems control of movement, which will allow you to take back control of your life. ​

From the comfort of your own home, Functional Fusion can help you overcome your lower back pain. Training is offered online via a free video conferencing platform. The training is designed for anyone who is suffering from lower back pain. If you are able to move, we are good to go. After an initial assessment, a plan will be formulated for you going forward.​ Sessions can be booked at your convenience, as we guide you through correct movement. You will be coached through each exercise, and will be given a programme to follow between sessions. Expect sessions to last between 40- 45 mins. ​

The nature of the training means a continuous development of exercises as your strength increases, which requires commitment from yourself. This is reflected in the 15-30 min programme you will need to follow outside of your online sessions- you'll be enjoying the benefits of the training so much you'll be excited to get them done. To enable you to receive top level coaching & support, to equip yourself with the know how to look after your spine and body, it takes 6 sessions to pack this all in. Additional sessions can be booked in if you are eager to arm yourself with further exercises. Sessions will be adjusted to your pace, capabilities, and needs; you will never be progressed onto any exercise that is not achievable, or that could injure you.
